Lead UX/UI and frontend
Lead UX/UI and frontend directions, managing a cross-functional team of 15+ (developers, designers). Actively involved in discovery: identifying problems, formulating hypotheses, co-designing solutions with designers, setting up analytics and A/B tests, and overseeing feature launches and impact measurement.
Key Achievements
- Built an experimentation infrastructure, reducing time to add product metrics to the frontend from one sprint to one day by developing an internal component library.
- Established a continuous UX discovery process (intake → research → prototyping → demos/decisions), standardized templates and rituals; the design team consistently ran two discovery cycles per sprint.
- Increased key submission flow conversion by 25% through UI improvements, removal of unnecessary steps, and introduction of AI-powered suggestions.
- Internal analytics platform: introduced a product mindset to the design team by conducting interviews and discovery, identifying core user pain points, and defining and defending a new product concept. Initiated a UI redesign of 120+ dashboards, simplified data perception, and introduced unified color indicators. As a result, the platform scaled to 2,000+ employees without additional training.
- Presented and defended product concepts and business cases to senior leadership (including C-level), securing resources for implementation.
