  • Established a continuous UX discovery process (intake → research → prototyping → demos/decisions), standardized templates and rituals; the design team consistently ran two discovery cycles per sprint.
  • Increased key submission flow conversion by 25% through UI improvements, removal of unnecessary steps, and introduction of AI-powered suggestions.
  • Internal analytics platform: introduced a product mindset to the design team by conducting interviews and discovery, identifying core user pain points, and defining and defending a new product concept.
